The rules for using Feetle Word Game, its puzzles, hints, and solver.

Last updated: 2026-10-19

The game

Feetle Word Game offers four-letter word ladders: change one letter per move, use a word accepted by the site's dictionary, and work toward FEET. Daily puzzles reset at midnight UTC. Unlimited mode, hints, answers, and the word ladder solver are available without an account or an active paid game plan.

This is an independent implementation. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the operators of other Feetle, Footle, or Wordle websites. Today's hints and answers refer to this site's puzzle; another website may use a different daily puzzle or dictionary.

Puzzles and saved progress

The solver finds paths within the curated dictionary shipped with this project. It does not promise to recognize every English word or match another game's word list. A route marked shortest is shortest within that dictionary.

Progress and statistics are stored in your current browser. Clearing browser data, using another device, or changing the site's storage format can remove or reset them. These records are for personal play, not verified competition results.

Responsible use

Use the site for lawful play and learning. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious content, or use automation that prevents others from playing. If you create an optional account, keep its credentials private.

Availability and changes

The game is provided as available. Puzzles, the dictionary, and features may change. The operator may restrict abusive access or pause the service for maintenance. These terms do not override rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Content and questions

The product's original interface and code remain subject to their applicable licenses. The ShipAny engine retains its own proprietary license and attribution. No ownership of ordinary English words is claimed.

For a hosted deployment, direct questions to its operator through the contact details published on that deployment. The date above changes when these terms are updated.
