How to Play Feetle
Four letters. One small change. Find your way from the starting word to FEET, making a real word at every step.
Keep it a real word.
Every step must appear in our common English word list. Names, abbreviations, and invented words are not accepted. You cannot repeat a word already in your ladder.
Make your way to FEET.
The destination is always FEET. Par is the fewest moves possible in our word list. Aim to match it, or take a longer route while you explore.

First, change the H in HEAT to F: FEAT. Then change the A to E: FEET. Each move changes one letter in the same position, and every word is valid.

A letter may need to change twice. Try working backward from FEET through FEED, FEEL, FEAT, or MEET. Looking only for letters that already match the target can hide the best route. Use a hint when you need a nudge, or undo a move to explore another branch.

Is Feetle the same as Wordle?
Feetle is a word ladder, not a hidden-word guessing game. You can see the starting word and the destination, FEET. Your job is to connect them through valid four-letter words. There is no six-guess limit or Wordle-style letter feedback.
Why is my word not accepted?
Use exactly four English letters, change exactly one letter from the current word, and choose a word in our dictionary. A word already in your current ladder is also rejected. Invalid attempts do not add a move. Dictionaries vary between games, so a word accepted elsewhere may not work here.
Does undo add a penalty?
No. Undo removes the last accepted move, so you can try another route. Your move count follows the ladder currently on screen. Hints are optional, and the goal is to find your own way to FEET.
Do I need an account? Will my progress be saved?
You can play without signing in. Daily progress and game stats stay on this device in this browser. They do not sync between browsers or devices. Browser privacy settings or clearing local storage may erase them.
When does the daily Feetle change?
Our daily puzzle refreshes at 00:00 UTC. Everyone playing on this site gets the same starting word for that UTC date. Unlimited mode is available whenever you want another ladder.
Is this the same daily puzzle as other Feetle sites?
No. Feetle Word Game is an independent word ladder game with its own dictionary and daily puzzle schedule. Our hints and answers apply to this site's puzzle. We are not affiliated with feetle.fun or other Feetle websites. This is also separate from the League of Legends guessing game with a similar name.
